Documents and templates
Settings for brief and SOW templates, PDF branding, timeline templates, and blueprints.
These screens hold the starting points your team reuses: document templates, timeline templates and blueprints.
Documents
Section titled “Documents”The Documents group appears only when briefs and SOWs are turned on for your organization. Each screen needs project-docs.templates.manage.
- Settings > Documents > Templates: your organization’s copies of brief, SOW, change order and budget templates. Edit a copy to fit how you write.
- Settings > Documents > Type modules: reusable sections you can add to a template.
- Settings > Documents > PDF & branding: the default look of exported PDFs and your branding on them. A single document can override the look.

Timeline templates
Section titled “Timeline templates”Settings > Organization > Timeline templates. Needs timeline-templates.manage, and appears only when timeline templates are turned on for your organization.
Edit your organization’s own library of timeline templates. People pick from it when they start a project from a template. Your own templates are offered as soon as you save them. See Timeline templates.
Blueprints
Section titled “Blueprints”Settings > Organization > Blueprints. Needs blueprint.approve, and appears only when blueprints are turned on for your organization.
Review and manage your organization’s blueprints. Activating a blueprint publishes it: matching projects are told about it. See Blueprints and guardrails.
