Hours and timesheets
Log the hours you work each week, submit the week, and see where a project's hours went.
Your timesheet is one week of hours, by project and day. You fill it in, submit the week, and your manager sees it on the team timesheet. Project leads see the hours on each project against its estimate.
Log your hours
Section titled “Log your hours”- Open Time Tracking in the sidebar. My Timesheet opens on the current week.
- Add the projects you worked on this week. Search for a project to add it.
- Type hours into each day. Hours go in quarter-hour steps (0.25). They save when you leave a cell, and you can press Tab to move between cells.
- Add a comment to a day to say what you worked on.
Use Previous week and Next week to move between weeks.
Submit your week

- Confirm. The week shows as Submitted.
If you need to change a submitted week, ask your manager to reopen it. A manager chooses Reopen week on the team timesheet. You then change your hours and submit the week again.
Check your team’s week
