Guides for every ProjectBrain feature, one page each.
One page per feature. Each says what the feature does, who it is for, and how to do the most common jobs. Some features are in beta and only appear once an admin turns them on for your organization.
Plan and track work
Section titled “Plan and track work”- Projects and tasks: projects, tasks, subtasks, statuses, dependencies and comments.
- Timelines: plan phases and dates on a grid or Gantt chart.
- Timeline templates: start a timeline from a plan you have run before.
- Milestones: named goals for tasks, linked to milestone bars on the timeline.
- Blueprints and guardrails: repeatable procedures, and warnings from past failures.
- Decisions, issues and action items: record what was decided and what still needs doing.
Work together
Section titled “Work together”- Standups: a short written check-in, with blockers that do not get lost.
- Wiki: shared pages for how your team works.
- Calendar and meetings: your calendar, meeting notes and follow-ups.
- Notifications: what you are told about, and where.

Plan people and money
