Where to find reporting in ProjectBrain today, from time and budget burn to issue trends and the Focus coaching report.
The Reports item in the sidebar opens a page that says “Reporting features coming soon.” It has no reports on it yet. The reports ProjectBrain has today live next to the work they describe. This page lists where to find each one.
Time and budget
Section titled “Time and budget”- Time Tracking in the sidebar opens your own timesheet. Choose Export CSV to download it.
- A project’s time page shows hours by phase and how the budget is burning, and also has Export CSV.
- The team timesheet shows hours across your team, with Export CSV.
Issue trends
Section titled “Issue trends”The Organization Issues page shows issues across every project you can see, with Issue Trends by severity, root cause and impact area over the last 7, 30 or 90 days or the last year. Turn on Systemic only to see problems that keep coming back. See Decisions, issues and action items.
Blueprint effectiveness
Section titled “Blueprint effectiveness”Each blueprint shows how often it was used and its Effectiveness score, from the star ratings people give after a project ends. See Blueprints and guardrails.
Focus coaching report
Section titled “Focus coaching report”See Focus mode.
Workload
Section titled “Workload”If your organization uses resource management, the workload screens show who is over-booked and who is free.
